To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:
Used or damaged products not caused by our error, clearance items, gift cards, and opened hygiene or personal-use products are not eligible for return.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
